My journey in IT began at a charity, where I honed my skills in a mission-driven environment. From there, I joined a Managed Service Provider (MSP), tackling diverse challenges and providing support to industries including hospitality, media, estate agents, and legal sectors. After advancing to a senior role, I gained the experience and confidence to offer these services independently.
